Villa Sol y Luna on unelma lomapaikka perheille ja ystäville etsivät tapa säilyttää yksityisyyden ja myös yhteisiä viihteen alueet kokoontumisia. Huvilassa on:

Tämä Espanjan Colonial ylellinen huvila sijaitsee yksityinen aidatulla sivuston North Ridge Playa Flamingo. Lähellä ravintoloita, ruokakaupat, yöelämää, apteekki ja kylpylät, silti säilyttää yksityisyytesi.

Se on yksi harvoista todella oceanfront kotien harjulla, jossa on oma yksityinen portaat alas rantaan. Talo ja Casitas yhdessä yhteensä noin 9300 neliömetrin, graniittia, travertiinimarmori ja Laurel puun läpi. Talossa on 8 makuuhuonetta, 7 kylpyhuonetta, 3 keittiöt, Kaartin huone ja 2 auton autotalli, jossa pysäköinti on yhteensä 7 autoa. Koko kiinteistö on aidattu ja aidatulla.

Kun kirjoitat kartanon alle kuuluvat Portico, voit nauttia viileä marmori upea portaikko ja sen espanjalaisen takorauta kaide, joka johtaa sekä ylemmän tason ja tärkein oleskelutila. Vuodesta eteinen voit nähdä suoraan läpi olohuoneeseen valtameren takana suuri ulkoterassi ja infinity-altaan ja vesiputous poreallas. Tämä taso koostuu olohuone, keittiö, kaksi vierashuonetta, jauhe huoneen pois eteinen ja pesutupa.

Täältä löydät keittiö, jossa on valtava graniitti saari, 2 pesuallasta, astianpesukone, kuumaa vettä koneeseen, ruostumaton teräs sisäänrakennettu jääkaappi, viini jääkaappi, Viking kaasuliesi ja grilli, sekä kaksinkertainen monitoiminen uunit. Koko 2. taso on Master-sviitti, jossa on merinäköala parveke, joka kulkee koko pituudelta, vaatehuone, iso kylpyamme porealtaalla, bidee ja suihku.

Casita Sol merkitään päätien terassilla uima-altaan, ja on oceanfront kattaa kuisti, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, keittiö ja olohuone, jossa on ruokailutila. Graniitti ja marmori käytetään kaikkialla. On king size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuode ja yksi yhden hengen vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Se on myös 2 kylpyhuonetta, on kauniisti laatoitettu kaikkialla ja on katettu kuisti edessä Tyynellämerellä.

Casita Luna on kerroksessa päärakennuksen alapuolella, jossa on oma sisäänkäynti, 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö. On marmori ja laatta kautta ulos ja kaunis näkymä merelle. Aivan ja merinäköalalla on katettu Rancho jossa 14 istuin täysi baari - täydellinen auringonlaskuja!

Koti sijaitsee pohjoiseen Flamingo on bluffi suoraan yläpuolella Flamingo Beach kanssa portaat ja kaiteet tarjota suora pääsy rannalle.

Beautiful property

House was spacious and very clean. Inside is a little dated, but very comfortable and lovely. The absolute best part is the outdoor area. Cannot imagine a better view - absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Fred and Cee were both extremely helpful and made a stay a pleasure. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to easily get around the area- beaches, restaurants and market.

Franky’s Place, Pura Vida!

Our family group of 11 had a wonderful stay here for Spring Break March 2019! The property was great and the host Fred Frank and his team made us feel so at home in our favorite place in Costa Rica. All of our family felt this was the best trip we have ever taken, and much of that was due to Fred “Franky” Frank, Carlos, Richard and others and their hospitality. We won’t forget this trip and can’t wait to come back! Spend some time with Franky at sunset happy hour, you won’t regret it!

A week with family

Our week was magnificent. My 3 brothers and I, spouses and our 8 children ages 7-26 had an amazing time. Rick was very helpful navigating our complicated arrival on 4 different airlines from 3 different cities when plans changed due to delays. The house was very comfortable with space to congregate as the whole group as well as private places to get away from the big group. Views were incredible and access to to the beach were worth the 118 stairs getting back up. Close by to restaurants and other amenities as well.

Costa Rica Paradise

We rented Casa Luna Banana for my birthday with family and friends. It was an awesome house to share with multiple families. Plenty of room and the views from pool and beach access are amazing! The homeowner and manager were both extremely helpful during our stay and we hope to return in the future! The pictures do not do this home justice. It's simply paradise...pack a few outfits and a lot of swim suits! That is all you need in Costa Rica! We did some excursions during our stay but all you really want to do is stay at the house in the pool or on the beach!

Great sunsets

We had a family holiday. 13 people with 7adults and 6 children. Because there were 2 3 bedroom apartments and 3 other bedrooms within the house , each family could have their own space. The location is wonderful as you can walk down to the beach or stay in the pool and hot tub on the property. Richard and Frank were great in making arrangements for transfers from airport, golf carts, and excursions. We had a great time. The property was clean but can use a refresh of linens and more glasses especially plastic ones.

Amazing House, Amazing View!

Hello all! My family of 12 just returned from a week at Villa Sol y Luna over Christmas and had an amazing time! The pictures are true - beautiful view, lounging in the infinity pool, overlooking the beach and ocean - we had a wonderful time! Location was great too. Private walk to a quiet beach. We rented golf carts and drove all around Playa Flamingo. Easy to get to grocery stores, nice restaurants, marinas, fish market, etc. We took a couple of tours to the rain forest and volcanoes, and they were easy to get to. Nice mix of good restaurants and cooking at home. Most places in Costa Rica don't have an addresses, so it's a bit of a challenge arranging pick up and drop offs, but it works out. You definitely need bug repellent - we got eaten alive. The description of the house makes it sound like there are three separate buildings, but all three are part of the same single structure, just a main house, left apartment, and downstairs apartment type of arrangement. So it was easy for a big family to congregate together - we didn't feel separated. There are some quirks when renting the house that you need to figure out early in the stay. It seems like it's not regularly rented out, week in and week out, so some things don't work the way you expect them to. (Main fridge loses power every few hours, but it reliably comes back if you leave it alone, the side apartments aren't regularly used, so may need a deep cleaning before a big family stay, you need to use a lighter to light the stove, etc). But within a day or so, you learn the quirks and really settle in for a fun time. It would have been handy to have a list of "quirks of the house", so that we didn't waste time figuring them out on our own, but by day 3 we were experts. We had 12 of us, 2 kids 6-8, 3 teens, 6 from 45-62, and grandma, and everyone agreed that it was a wonderful trip, and we were blessed to be able to stay in such a nice place! You'll have an amazing time if you rent this place!

You won't want to leave this place

A group of 12 of us travelled to this wonderful location in February and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We had never been to Costa Rica but had heard wonderful things. This house is located on the north end of Flamingo Beach and was phenomenal. When we were looking for a rental home, we wanted to be within walking distance to the beach. Once we got there, we actually never felt like we had to go to the beach because we had an INCREDIBLE view from the infinity-edge pool. The pictures don't do the outside area enough justice. The pool is larger than the photos seem to indicate. We did a few excursions (sunset cruise, zip-lining, tubing, fishing) but spent a lot of time at that house over the week. We definitely recommend renting golf carts to get around (the house is up a good-sized hill from the restaurants). A business at the bottom of the hill rents out a bunch of them. We didn't need to rent a car...all excursions will come get you and there are quite a few transportation companies that will drive you to and from the airport for a good price. There are several excellent restaurants and a grocery store within golf cart (and walking) distance. This area was just awesome...not crowded at all. Didn't feel touristy anywhere. The locals are super nice. The food was great. The beach is gorgeous. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat. Thank you to Fred and his wonderful staff :)

Beautiful and well maintained home with incredible views and great location

We had a great time at the house. There were 4 families in it and we all had our own bed. Location is great and with private access to beach. Both Richard and Fred were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Over all a great way to celebrate our mother 70 birthday.

Overall, a great location in the Playa Flamingo area. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the sunset. Great pool. Could use an upgrade to the patio furniture. Would stay there again without question.

Casa de la Banana Luna Love

This was our fourth time visiting Costa Rica, and we have been to and stayed in some magical places. This Casa is our favorite by far. The view alone is worth the price. Take in the gorgeous sunsets every evening while soaking in the infinity pool or lounging on the back patio enjoying the cool breezes from off the Ocean. Private access to Playa Flamingo, a pristine white sandy beach with plenty of shade and never too crowded. A short walk down the beach and you have a wonderful restaurant, sip delicious cocktails and munch tasty treats with your toes in the sand. Another incredible place to take in the sunset. A short drive to other beaches up and down the coast. We had six kids from ages 4-10 in our party, and they all loved it too. Fred and his staff made everything perfect for us, will definitely be going back again at the first opportunity. Book this house, you will not be disappointed!

Absolute perfection

I stayed at this house with my family and two other families, 12 of us all together. The house was HUGE, we all had our own space (with our own living room and kitchen if we wanted it), but we were happy to all cook together in the main kitchen and spent all our time outside in the pool area over looking the magnificent ocean. The views were unbelievable and we enjoyed the sunset from the house or having cocktails in the cafe on the beach that we could walk to along the beach, while the kids played in the sand. Fred was super helpful if there was anything we needed. We also hired a couple of people to cook and clean for us and that made the vacation even more relaxing. It was truly a perfect stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing!!!

The pictures online do not do the view justice! Our group had an amazing time staying in Casa Banana Luna. Fred and his staff were attentive to our every need and gave us everything we asked for and more. The food was incredible, the views were amazing, and the house is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a piece of Paradise. There was no need to leave!

Paradise Found!

Casita Luna has it all...killer view of ocean and Flamingo beach, convenient steps leading down to the beach from the pool area, and beautiful grounds. This 2 bedroom casita was spacious with an open kitchen, living Ron and dining area that looks out through the wall of sliding galas doors to the fantastic view...and adjacent to the fully equipped tiki bar, where would liked to eat our lunches, and enjoy and afternoon cocktail. Our favorite spot was the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and the sunsets from the pool were the greatest. Owner Fred was so helpful making sure all our needs were met, even turning on music for us around the pool area. Can't wait to return to the bit of Paradise.

A Bit of Heaven

This was our third year vacationing in Playa Flamingo and our first staying at Casita Sol. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of space for 2 or 4, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Covered porch and patio areas, sparkling infinity pool overlooking Playa Flamingo. The perfect location to watch for whales, dolphins and fish having a feeding frenzy. The ideal spot for sunsets and cocktails. 120 steps to Flamingo beach. Fred and his staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived as friends and left as "family". An amazing place and location. We are definitely coming back!

Just Do It!

This house and grounds were immaculate and better than described. Pictures do not do it justice! Safety is important to us and the gated home made us fell safe the entire time. The entertaining spaces layout- pool, outdoor deck area, indoor dining and gourmet kitchen work really well. The flow of these spaces is seamless perfection! Bedrooms are en suite which is a huge bonus when with a large group. The infinity pool is inviting and the views are breathtaking. The hardest decision all week was do we stay at the pool or go to the beach which is a quick easy walk. Fred and his staff were great. The helped us with anything we asked and had some great tips for sightseeing. Casa Banana Luna is very special. We were able to turn life off and enjoy the moment. We will definitely be back. Pura Vida!

amazing getaway..

This was the first time my wife and I decided to do a non-hotel stay, and this was everything and more we could’ve expected. All our concerns were put to rest after pulling into the gated home and being greeted by Fred. The scenic views from the house are truly spectacular. The pool was conveniently located right outside our door. The kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. Make sure you bring a camera, for the unbelievable photo’s. We’re already speaking with our family to go back next year. Also there was a great restaurant right up the street.

Heaven on Earth!

What a gorgeous casita and the beach, the view over the ocean and the sunsets. We have traveled to Costa Rica in the past and this time we wanted to stay on Flamingo Beach. Our casita was private, clean, and in perfect condition. We appreciated the friendliness and hospitality of our host. The listing description and photos did not compare to the beauty of this property. We had questions answered before we arrived and everything that we discussed was taken care of with ease. Fred met us at the airport and helped us get around – we really appreciated the time of a complimentary tour of the beaches and local area. And then we were off – tours, sun, beaches, great food, horsebackriding, and gracious hospitality. This casita is a clean, safe and beautiful place to stay. Thank-you for giving of your time and opening yourself to our vacation to help us make our stay so very enjoyable. Best regards Ella & Tom

This is paradise

Costa Rica is fabulous, but the sunsets from this house are heaven! Everything is top of the line, great beds, beautifull bathrooms, a cozy comfortable kitchen (for those moments you don't want to leave the house)The infinity pool is on a chlorfree system and makes the water feels like silk, soft to your hair and skin. We could take our daily walk to the beach just down the private steps. Across the street was a worldclass restaurant, Mar y Sol great for romantic dinning. Maries was great for breakfast and lunch as was the Mariner. We had the comfort of aid service when prefered. Mr Frank is the sweetest host and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this house for the luxurious feeling, comfort and safety, for people in wheelchairs this is a pleasure. We will go back ASAP, all our friends wanna go after checking our pics, PuraVida from Europe
