Tämä uusi 2 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen merinäk����ala koti sijaitsee 50 minuutin pä��ssä Liberian kansainv����liselt�� lentokentältä. Casa Dos Rios 70 on kaksitasoinen koti, joka sijaitsee 1/2 hehtaarin maalla ja sopii erinomaisesti pariskunnille, perheille ja ystäville. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, jossa on huippuluokan patja ja liinavaatteet, Smart LED-TV, ilmastointi, kylpyhuone suihkulla, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Great house and excellent service

We spent a short week at this house. It was clean and just as promised. There is many new homes going up in this property but we were lucky to not be near any of those because it was kinda loud if you were near a construction site. The pool was wonderful. This is our 6 vacation in Costa Rica and this house is one of our favorites!

Perfect villa on supreme location!

This is an absolute gem! Its a perfect 2 bedroom villa with a huge private pool. The pool is 18x4 m (about 60x14 feet). So if you want you can do a couple of laps everyday to get some excersize ;-). The view is spectacular. The villa is brandnew and very modern and so are the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped with evertything you need. We loved our stay here, the only bad thing is that we had to leave at the end of our stay.

Some hiccups, but team took care of it

We had booked this wanting to fully take in the sunsets and views and also enjoy the amazing pool, however we there was a slight hiccup with the property when the water pump broke. It took the team a little while to respond properly/promptly, however, when they did they MORE than took care of it by moving us to an extremely beautiful property. We avoided a disastrous time thanks to them. Would book through this group again!

Breathtaking views and great privacy!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. We were there in mid-August and the whole area was green as could be. I especially loved sitting on the gorgeous deck in the morning with my fresh coffee and hearing the howler monkeys and birds from the hills above and the valley below. The home had some pool floats to use and was pure heaven to relax in the water and take in the view. A true Costa Rican experience! We also had lunch and dinner at La Gracia (the clubhouse) on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the food and waitstaff there. We cannot speak highly enough of our choice with this property and cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed in Dos Rios last week and wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience. We had a fantastic vacation and the house was perfect for our family. The house is absolutely beautiful and loved the pool, etc. we would definitely rent this house again next time we are back! You and your staff were wonderful to work with! Very accommodating, attentive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and attentive with booking excursions. Marcela was extremely nice and accommodating with our check-in and Junior was an absolute delight as our tour guide to Palo Verde!! Bernard (driver), Gustavo (horse tour guide) and Cairo (surf instructor) were all wonderful as well. 5 stars all around, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Bluewater. Costa Rica was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely be back again some day! Pura Vida!

Safe and Happy Family Time Guaranteed!

This lovely property is elevated at the highest point in the Dos Rios section of Mar Vista. Although this affords stunning views & sunsets, it does make it difficult to walk anywhere from the Villa. Prepare to chill and relax & you'll have a fab time with family. We are 11 adults and 2 babies--note: each unit is nicely appointed, but neither really had a kitchen large enough to accomodate all of the guests. As well, the dining-room table has two benches instead of chairs so it was not comfortable to have prolonged meals there. A second dish washer is needed in the main house. CoffeeMakers not great quality. We did have an issue and ran out of water one night. The Mar Vista Concierge service were very responsive and the water problem was remedied after about 6 hours but it did cause us some stress. Lastly, although the concierge, Alexa, was very nice, we were very disappointed on our last day when, instead of a pre-ordered Sprinter arrived to take us back at the airport, we were assigned two broken down vans. The luggage had to be tied to the roof of one with a piece of string, and the drivers were distracted. This Villa did fall short of a 5 star ranking due to the water prob, the cooks (who left a mess and seemed in a rush) and the poor transportation. All in all, we are grateful to have had a safe and fun trip filled with special memories. This Villa lived up to this goal & that is what counts most.

Unforgettable Sunsets

My only complaint about our stay was that it wasn't long enough! The house was lovely and great for our large group of 13. There were a few hiccups that were quickly rectified by the management company and owner. They certainly portray the Pura Vida lifestyle and always made me feel that it would be worked out as it was Whatever you do, be sure to be at the home and in the pool to watch the sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

PERFECT for our family of 5

I would give 10 stars if possible! My wife and three kids (ages 20, 17 and 6) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it!. We didn't want to leave. The view from the pool is stunning....early morning coffee as the sun rises and sunsets by the pool are a couple of the things that I'll never forget about this vacation home. The house was clean, had everything we needed and the location was so convenient to the nearby beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, ect. The property is owned by Bluewater properties and they were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our needs. Class act all around, couldn't be more happy with the service they provided. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay near Playa Flamingo. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! Pura Vida

Great Views, Great Service

Dos Rios #70 is at the highest point of the neighborhood and offers privacy and panoramic views of the ocean. With nice finishes and a large pool and patio, we really enjoyed our time there. The location of the rental is central and provides easy, quick access to all the neighboring towns and beaches. Above all, the service we received from Blue Water Properties was second to none. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pool and view

New fully equipped house with an amazing pool, perfect for swimmers! The view is also awesome. However, no shade at all in the afternoon so difficult with young kids like us. We had some difficulties with the pool pump but someone came the same day to fix it (was just talking spanish however). A lot of houses are right now in construction in the gated community so the noise of the construction work during the day can be annoying sometimes. Plus, the intimacy will eventually be affected with all these houses and people (which is not the case right now). I recommend it for one week max 10 days, since there is not much to do except swimming in the pool. The AC works pretty fine but there is almost no water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything to cook.

Great Place!!

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed our stay. The House was very comfortable and the outdoor patio and pool were both amazing. I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

High & Mighty

This is a very nice house with high quality finishes and comfortable beds. Sitting high on the hill, it has spectacular landscape & ocean views. The 2 story design also gives great views from upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your meals. I would recommend this home as being a good value. It was a very nice place to stay.

Immaculate brand new house in amazing location!

We had a wonderful time staying at thus property for a 14 day vacation. The house is beautiful, with oversized windows and a huge infinity pool overlooking a beautiful sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean. The property is extremely private at the top of the hill, and at the end of the road. The kitchen and the bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms for all rooms, including a full batch for the lower area for day use and for anyone sleeping on the 2 futons in the lower family room area. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the restaurant and club on site (which also has a beautiful infinity pool and wonderful food and ambiance), and minutes form some of the best beaches in CR (Playa Conchal, Brasilito, Flamingo, Potrero and Catalinas. Be sure to also check out Chameleon which is also 15 minutes away by car with 270 degrees sweeping ocean views.
