Bad experience with the hotel.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed over years of travelling. I have make reservations for 3 rooms and 2 nights. 1 of the room's toilet cannot flush, and another 1 of the room's toilet cannot flush and the water heater is not working, with low pressure water supply and a live cockroach in the room. The time is wasted while waiting for the Maintenance person to remedy the toilet flushing problem. The hotel is located at a dead end street.
