The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area well connected to the centre, with a compact but complete layout, perfect for medium to long stays. You will find a bright living area with sofa bed, dining table and direct access to the patio. The double bedroom is comfortable and features a wardrobe and desk area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as everything necessary for cooking. The bathroom is modern with shower and washing machine, with towels and toiletries included.
Extra amenities: Fast Wi-Fi and private parking space.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification.
