Always a great stay at any of the Crystalbrook Hotels in Cairns. Way more modern and high standard than many others. Had a minor issue with the TV which was fixed promptly. Front desk allowed me to check in early which solved a small logistical problem. Awesome as ever!!

Great location, walkable to every where. It will be great to have sufficient towels for guests, e.g. hand towels each person. They do provide shower towel per person. It will also be great to offer free water every day but looks like they only give you one free water bottle first day after check in. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
