Nice location Not very nice service

Team are fine but do not have solution for anything. Paper plane staff said the bread pudding would be refilled but end up never did. Not all the restaurants open daily. Very disappointed for staying 3 nights and did not get to see go up to the Rocco bar because it closed most days. Waited all day to check-in, after 2pm, and the room keypad lock is broken even after fixed, can open the door without the key. Very unsafe. Eventhough it’s the most decent looking hotel in the area, won’t plan to return.

Upon check in our first room was filthy, stained carpets and chairs, also a very pungent wet sock smell to the room. The front desk staff were attentive and placed us in another room that was 3 floors down and smaller, however it was somewhat more clean. During the day it looked alright but at night with the lights on you could see smudges outlining the shape of someone on the glass - not the end of the world but also not the experience you'd expect paying a premium. The third night in there was a power outage for over 2 hours and there was no communication from staff or any ability to help. No AC was running and made for an uncomfortable end to the trip. The only thing that would make me come back here is their breakfast buffet - worth the extra coin but that's all I'd come back for. Overall an average stay with good brekkie.

Definitely would stay again. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. I booked twin Urban room it was really nice room with balcony and side view on sea. My husband booked paronomastic sea room with amazing view the only thing is that room was musty as there is no balcony so not much fresh air get in. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Great place to stay ;)
