Staff were really lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend dining. Breakfast buffet was great! Nice central location to Esplanade. Nice view over pool from rooms.

Lovely hotel, clean room, nice breakfast and convenient location. The pool is really nice however there isn’t enough sun beds to lay on for everyone, you have to fight for your life or camp in the morning to get a spot. One day they have half cleaned our room, the beds were done but didn’t replace any tea/coffee, took towels and didn’t replace with fresh ones, lucky bathroom had extras. The majority of people staying there were retirees and families with kids in 70/30 proportion. The front desk seems understaffed and if you ever need a new towel after swimming in the pool it’s a bit of a wait. Our room was right next to the lift, which was making a lot of noise as people were taking the rides in it day and night, a bit of WD-40 and our stay would have been a lot more pleasant.

We had a nice time here. On the weekend were kids activities around the pool area, so we really enjoy it. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Hotel was good, it was just run down and needed minor repairs, ex) our card reader on the door of the room was broken, it worked. Walls had scraps and dents. Everything was older and worn. It did the job for what we needed as we were not in the room much.
