This place is fantastic. Everything is at your doorstep at the Roydon. Lots of great eateries, live music at the pub, the best pizzas, and larger than normal kids meals. The appointment is hugh, and clean. Great parking, and the ocean is your front garden. Love falling asleep to the crashing of the waves. There is everything you need for a fully functional kitchen along with extra touches like esky, ice bricks and picnic essentials to ensure you enjoy your stay. The beds are comfy with nice plush pillows. There are 2 swimming pools with ample seating and cover. A large bbq area equipped with oils,sauces,salt and pepper. The guy at the front desk is super friendly, efficient and informative on activities, eateries, weather etc (sorry I cant remember his nane) The kids and adults had an absolute ball. With everything being so expensive these days, its hard to find a good deal, but this little gem gives serious bang for your buck. It's an inexpensive getaway for couples and families where you have all of the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.

Nice apartment to enjoy everything Cairns has to offer! Great spot for enjoying the beach, restaurants and quiet with easy access to all the hot spots. Property is clean, well kept and the beach front properties have fabulous viewa.

I would highly recommend the Roydon Beachfront Apartments at Trinity Beach as an alternative to downtown hotel living.However, be aware that getting to the property from the airport and returning to the airport is not only expensive but also not always available as a regular service.

The unit was very clean, one large bedroom with two bathrooms (was a three bedroom unit but manager closed off two bedrooms as I was the only person in unit. Washer/dryer was very nice to have. Could walk to beach and the few restaurants and small market in town.

Very spacious apartment in an outstanding ocean view location. Aircon throughout the whole unit. It has a full kitchen and plenty of cookeries and culinary. Local shops and restaurants just steps away. The onsite manager is very friendly and helpful. The towels and linens are very fresh and clean. The only downside is that there aren’t enough shampoos and body wash to cover the entire family of five (3 adults and 2 teen), and when we asked for extra set, we were questioned and told it’s all we get. Maybe I’m being too sensitive but he appeared to be very rude and careless to me. I ended up having to get some bottles from the convince store which we have left there for the next group of guests to enjoy. Otherwise the stay was pretty good and enjoyable.

A great place to stay.

Return visit as we feel at home here (6th stay in Cairns area, 5th in Trinity Beach). Bradley and the team are friendly and helpful. Situated on the Esplanade, handy for morning walks on the beach which is lovely, plus has an area with lifeguards for safe beach swimming. We were in the swimming pool multiple times a day. The gas BBQs and area are kept clean and stocked with handy condiments and paper towels. Plenty of parking and has the option to hire cars at the office (or on booking accommodation). The apartment is spacious, and facilities are great with separate bedroom, lounge area, dining table, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, and the chilly bin (esky) was very useful. The gardens have lovely foliage and flowers, and although the property is getting a bit tired it is still very comfortable and a great place to stay.

The apartment was lovely and I really appreciated the ocean views. Directly opposite Trinity beach. Very close to nice cafes. The lift made it easy to check in and out with luggage. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
