Rooms were nice and bathrooms were lovely, the noise is a problem on the weekends, we stayed from Friday to Sunday and there was events / music playing every afternoon into the night from Friday to Sunday. First night was the worst as it was party music and very loud playing until 11:30pm, we had a early night as we had activities booked for the next day and we couldn’t get to sleep until after 11:30pm when the music stopped. I brought ear plugs and could still hear through my ear plugs. Elevator was a nightmare, it wouldn’t work properly most times.
Pool was nice, the service at reception wasn’t great, asked questions and wouldn’t get a straight answer, reception was unsure on a lot of things relating to hotel, like when the restaurant stopped cooking, what events were on at the hotel, to ask about parking and then reception said you had to pay, which would of been useful information when we were checking in. $25 for 24 hours for parking.
But when we were going to pay, she said don’t worry about it and didn’t charge us. Just a confusing experience.
It would be a great place to stay during the week when there is no events on.
