Lovely detached villa built entirely of stone, in perfect Tabarkin style, with large windows.
Located in a panoramic area with sea and mountain views, surrounded by the greenery of unspoiled nature.
Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to relaxation, privacy and in direct contact
with nature. The villa has a large garden of 1,000 square meters, very well-kept with numerous trees and
plants, outdoor lighting for the evening, large internal parking, barbecue, outdoor
shower, covered veranda and gazebo with sports equipment, free wifi. The villa is about 2 km from Spiaggia Grande
and 5 km from the town of Calasetta. To get to the house you travel about 300 meters of dirt road. Below is a detailed description of the various areas:
Ground floor (35 m2), consisting of:
- Veranda-living room: with double sofa bed, 50” television, oak table and 4
chairs. Veranda windows protected by thermal blackout curtains.
- Kitchen: with 4-burner gas hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher,
mahogany table and 2 chairs. Kitchen equipped with all cooking equipment and utensils.
- Bathroom: with shower.
Mezzanine floor (12 m2): with double bed or two single beds.
Basement floor (18 m2): bedroom with double bed, 32” television, very cool even in
the height of summer.
External loggia (75 m2) consisting of the area:
- Barbecue (40 m2): spacious convivial area;
- Solarium (25 m2): with 2 sun loungers and outdoor shower;
- Fitness (10 m2): with multifunctional gym.
Outdoor garden (1,000 sqm) + Garage (20 sqm).
In addition to the above, the house is equipped with 3 air conditioners (1 fixed and 2 portable), 2 fans,
