Beachfront villa with large garden, superb views and private pool

La Bergerie is in the middle of a gorgeous 1-hectare terrain at the end of the beach Plage de la Liscia (literally just need to cross the calm road). It is less than 30 minutes away from the city Ajaccio with its airport and ferries to France and Italy, and easy access to most of the island’s attractions (be it coast or mountain).

Lodging 8 guests comfortably (of which we recommend 4 adults), the possibility to sleep another 2 and to even bring your pet friend (to be discussed), the Bergerie’s rustic charm offers a place for everyone to feel at home straight away.

On the terrain is a small pine forest, huge lawn, an intimate patio, a filtered swimming pool, and several terraces - each with their own magnificent views.

Besides the before-mentioned public beach where you can find restaurant/bars and plenty of sports activities for young and old, there are two little coves - one with a private access and a beach - right in front of the property (again, just cross the road) for the early bird to enjoy a morning swim / walking the dog / having a romantic picnic. Further down the road, about 200 meters, is another cute beach with a cabanon offering boat rental, SUPs and canoes, and a diving school.

During your stay, I will be your host to answer all your general questions and help you in booking activities and dinners.

Excellent emplacement, supers espaces extĂ©rieurs et vue magnifique, Ă©quipement de cuisine correcte et fonctionnel, hĂŽte trĂšs rĂ©actif 
mais des rĂ©parations sont Ă  prĂ©voir ( parasol de la piscine cassĂ©s, certaines portes de placard, rideaux,

Wunderbarer Ort fƱr Erholung pur

Ruhiges, sehr relaxtes Ambiente mit liebevoll eingerichtetem und perfekt ausgestattetem Haus (HandtƱcher, BettwĂ€sche, alles was es fƱr die KĂŒche braucht
), riesigem GelĂ€nde und nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und schönem Strand. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, unsere 2 Hunde willkommen und mit tollen MƑglichkeiten fƱr Spiel und Spaß. Perfekt fƱr 4-6 Personen, wegen nur 2 BĂ€dern eher keine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe. FƱr uns 4 + 2 Hunde eine perfekte Woche. Absolut empfehlenswerte Bleibe.

Un Havre de Paix : Séjour Idéal à la Bergerie

Excellent sĂ©jour Ă  la Bergerie. L’emplacement est juste incroyable. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassĂ©s de la vue et n’avons manquĂ© aucun des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l’horizon. La plage est Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate Ă  pied, elle est peu profonde sur plusieurs mĂštres, ce qui est parfait pour les enfants. L’eau est limpide, et nous avons adorĂ© y faire du snorkeling. Nous Ă©tions trois familles, soit 10 personnes au total. Chacun a pu trouver sa place et son intimitĂ©. Il est vrai qu’une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire aurait Ă©tĂ© un plus, mais c’est les vacances, on a le temps ! La douche prĂšs de la piscine Ă©tait un atout. Superbe piscine, trĂšs bien exposĂ©e et rĂ©guliĂšrement nettoyĂ©e durant notre sĂ©jour. Certaines chambres n’avaient pas de rideaux opaques. Pensez au masque de sommeil ! Enfin, un mot pour notre hĂŽte Nick, qui est formidable. Il a su nous accueillir et nous permettre de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Finalement, Nick est comme la Bergerie : authentique et simple.

Das Haus ist ein Traum: die Kombination aus liebevoller und traditioneller Gestaltung mit moderner KĂŒche und Badezimmern, einem tollen Pool, dem gigantischen Blick ĂŒbers Meer mit grandiosen SonnenuntergĂ€ngen und der NĂ€he zum Strand war fĂŒr unsere beiden Familien einfach perfekt! Es bietet diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten und Terrassen, sodass man je nach Sonnenstand immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen oder auch mal einen RĂŒckzugsort findet. Der große Sandstrand ist keine zwei Gehminuten entfernt und war fĂŒr unsere VerhĂ€ltnisse nur wenig frequentiert. Daneben sind fusslĂ€ufig zwei kleine wunderschöne Buchten unterhalb des Hauses erreichbar. Die weitere Umgebung bietet alles, was unser Urlauberherz begehrt. Nicht zuletzt sei erwĂ€hnt, dass uns Nick ein toller Gastgeber war: er hatte viele gute Tipps fĂŒr uns und war immer zur Stelle wenn wir ihn brauchen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Un super séjour à Orcino dans la superbe bergerie de Nick. Beaucoup d'espace, nous étions 10 avec des enfants et personnes ùgées. Chacun a trouvé sa place. De magnifiques couchés de soleil et l'accÚs a la mer au bout du jardin, génial..... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Großes Haus mit toller Lage und MĂ€ngeln

Tolle Lage, schöner Blick aufˋs Wasser, großzĂŒgiges GrundstĂŒck, großzĂŒgiger Pool, neue, gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, sehr netter Vermieter. Man lebt in veralteten PrivatrĂ€umen mit reichlich Renovierungsbedarf. Die Kinderzimmer und die sanitĂ€ren Zimmer im Anbau haben den Standard eines Hostels. BezĂŒglich der Ausstattung stimmt das Preis–LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemĂŒht und hat Renovierungen angekĂŒndigt.

La Bergerie Hollondaise

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Bergerie bietet sehr viel Platz, einen tollen Garten,einen sehr großen Pool und ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Hier gibt es neben einem familienfreundlichen Sandstrand auch genug Möglichkeiten zu Schnorcheln (an felsiger KĂŒste). Alles in allem wirklich eine Reise wert.

We had two great weeks at la Bergerie. Nick‘s support was superb. It was a paradise for us, especially the terrace with its wonderful view, the large pool and the great beach. We will come again!
