Minha pior experiência até hj. A configuração do Apt que aluguei não tinha nada haver. Seria 1 cama de casal, 2 camas de solteiro e 1 sofá cama, somos em 5. O que encontramos 2 camas de casal apenas, 1 sofá que deve ter uns 15 anos, fora que estava muito sujo. Teto cheio de mofo, fogão parecia que acharam em um lixão, utensílios sujos ( há mais isso e culpa do último hospede ), mas se tem multa para isso, é dever ser verificado antes de passar para outro hospede. Eram 2 banheiros, porém 1 chuveiro não estava funcionando, a única vez que entrei em contato com o pessoal da reserva, além de me responder apenas no outro dia, não deu muita importância, pq além de não resolver, não entrou em contato novamente para saber se tinha resolvido. Um dos colchões estava cheio de formigas, tomada da Airfryer não era compatível com o aparelho (pino 3 pontos), geladeira ficou vazando durante todo período que ficamos hospedados. Enfim vc paga um valor a mais para ter uma melhor comodidade, e se sente enganado. Isso não tem nada haver por ser alta temporada, foi má vontade e descaso com a pessoa que está alugando. Infelizmente nesse empreendimento não ficarei mas

Infelizmente o apartamento 290 G oferecia roupas de cama, mas as mesmas não estavam disponíveis. Tive que comprar para passar os dias. O chuveiro estava com problemas para aquecer.

O único inconveniente foi no check-in que ficamos horas em uma fila na recepção. Demorou até os funcionários agirem para resolver o problema. Mas foi resolvido. Acredito que foram pegos de surpresa pelo alto movimento do feriado. Mas o restante foi perfeito.

Quarto sem toalha e roupa de cama.

O AP está mal cuidado com com utensílios velhos . o ar condicionado é de parede (não é split) bem velho, que fazia um barulho enorme. Não tinha roupa de cama, toalhas e nem um piso no banheiro ! tive que comprar um piso e um lençol para usar no colchão e por sorte tínhamos levado toalhas. Pelo valor pago , esperávamos que, por ser um hotel, tivesse o mínimo para uma estadia confortável.
