Pessima estadia considerando que ao chegar no APTO não havia lençois e nem toalhas, fui informado na recepção que os mesmos não estavam inclusos, isto NÃO estava escrito no Site, como posso me hospedar em resort se não tem o basico como roupas de cama? A solução foi alugar os mesmos da administração, paguei 82,00 por 02 dias de uso. Peço ao HOTEIS.COM a devolução deste valor.
