The apartment of 75m2 is in the center of the beautiful Maresme coastal town of Calella only 500m from the beach, 4min from the train station and 70km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is distributed on the ground floor with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed for two people plus a single bed. There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a free parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Ha sido una estancia muy cómoda en la vivienda. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de la playa y toda la zona de restaurantes. El único punto mejorable es la entrada al párking, el bordillo es muy alto y el acceso es complejo.

Die Wohnung ist ganz frisch renoviert und wirklich ein wunderschöner Altbau. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Es war perfekt für einen Aufenthalt als Familie. Die Lage war ebenso perfekt, zentral und trotzdem ruhig und der Strand ist auch fussläufig. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin der Wohnung war auch einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison très jolie et agréable même en étant 7 personnes. La présence du garage un plus, car il peut être difficile de trouver une place dans les rues aux alentours. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied.Seul petit souci, nous n'avons jamais réussi à faire marcher la clim. Heureusement des ventilateurs étaient à disposition.N'hésitez pas si vous souhaitez passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille !
