Welcome to our beautiful, spacious bungalow! Situated just east of Calgary with quick and easy access to Trans-Canada Highway #1, our home offers a peaceful retreat with the convenience of city access just a short drive away.

Downtown Calgary: 35-minute drive (under 50km)
Walmart: 15km away
Costco: 35km away
Paved road access - no gravel roads
Potential for trailer parking (negotiable)
Guest Interaction & Privacy:
You will have the entire house to yourself to use and treat as your own. The host lives in a separate house on the property, but far enough away that you won’t hear or see them. We completely respect your privacy and will not enter the main house during your stay unless you request maintenance or assistance. We are always just a message away if you need anything!
House Rules & Policies:
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please review our house rules before booking:
Occupancy & Visitors:
Our standard rate covers up to 8 guests. An additional fee of $79 per guest applies for groups larger than 8.
Only guests included in the official booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Corporate/Third-Party Bookings:
The main guest/employee who made the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Unapproved subletting or renting will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Respecting the Space & Neighbors:
No Shoes Inside: Please remove your shoes at the entranceway to help us keep the floors clean.
Parties, events (without prior approval), and excessive guests are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 penalty.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside, but you must keep all nearby doors and windows closed. Smoking indoors or near open windows will result in a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee. We have a zero-tolerance policy for indoor smoking.
No Glitter:
For the sake of our cleaners, the use of glitter for celebrations or crafts is strictly prohibited.
Flooring:
The 1st floor in tile, the stairs are painted wood, and the 2nd floor is painted wood.
Safety & Liability of Trampoline:
For your safety, the use of the trampoline on the property is strictly prohibited. The main guest assumes all responsibility for any injuries.
General Liability: By booking, you take full responsibility for any accidents or illnesses that occur during your stay. If you notice any safety hazards upon arrival, please let us know immediately so we can address them.
Check-Out Instructions:
A clean home is a happy home! We ask that you leave the house in the same general condition you found it.
Trash:
Please collect all your trash, place it in tied trash bags, and leave it in the outdoor bins. (If you need trash removed during your stay, please just send us a message!)
Dishes: All dirty dishes must be rinsed, loaded into the dishwasher, and a cleaning cycle started prior to your departure. Failure to do so may result in a $25 fee.
Excessive Messes:
If the home requires significantly more cleaning than a standard turnover, an additional fee of $60 per extra hour of cleaning will be applied.
Booking & Verification Process:
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all the house rules listed above. To protect both our guests and our home, we require all guests to complete a brief verification process before check-in. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid official government-issued photo ID.
Privacy Note: Your information is collected securely for the sole purpose of screening and verification and is never stored or used for any other purposes. You agree to be bound by these rental terms and conditions by completing your booking.
