Stayed here for the weekend while in town for a football game. Excellent location: 15 mins walk to the Calgary Tower, with lots of stores and restaurants close by. My only complaint is the windows could use some room darkening curtains or shades; facing east, the room got bright early. Breakfast alternated between sausage, scrambled eggs, and tater tots, or bacon, plain omelets, and baked beans, along with the usual assortment of cold cereals, muffins, and bagels, along with waffle makers. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff here are fantastic, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast is simple but convenient, making mornings easy without needing to search elsewhere. Plus, the location is a big win: you're close to plenty of great restaurants, so dining out is never a hassle. The hotel offers paid parking, which is helpful if you're driving, though it’s something to factor into your budget. The only downside was an unfortunate incident where someone triggered the fire alarm by smoking indoors, forcing all guests outside at midnight. It was disruptive and could’ve easily been avoided with more consideration. Despite that hiccup, the hotel delivers solid service and a pleasant stay. Would recommend. A gentle reminder to fellow guests: please respect the rules for everyone’s sake.

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful, always ready to provide advice and proper information. The only issue we experienced was with the ice makers some of them were empty, and we had to go to other floors to find one. Other than that, everything was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

Living was very large. Kitchen was small but fine and had everything you need. Dining space was nice and unexpected. Having 2 rooms and a bathroom was nice. However the building is old and looks it. Elevators didn’t work properly. Fire alarm went off and had to leave the building. Lots of firetrucks and fire fighters arrived. Not sure why. Had trouble with room keys. Bathroom door handle fell off. But the maintenance guy fixed it and he was great.
