Mold in the bathroom. Checked in at 6 am so i could sleep before my event and housekeeping knocked twice and got NO sleep. I even had the do not disturb sign up. So paid 140 for a room that was useless to me. Tgen when brought up to feont desk staff the girl was quite rude. Said she would pass on the mesaage and almost a whole day later still nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTING

1) It wasn't even much colder than -2 outside, but the windows leaked cold into the room like crazy. They appear to only be single pane. 2) BIGGEST PROBLEM: The cleaning staff use the elevators to move their carts between floors at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME GUESTS ARE TRYING TO CHECK OUT IN THE MORNING. So there is TERRIBLE gridlock at the elevators, and you can wait 20+ minutes for an elevator if you have more than a handful of luggage and/or a luggage cart. The management needs to somehow make sure the cleaning staff have carts positioned on the floors, so they are not blocking all the access to the elevators. 3) unless you get to the breakfast room before 7:30 a.m., the breakfast room is just way too small for all the people staying in the hotel, and the breakfast room becomes hand to hand combat.
