While I enjoyed the hotel room itself. There was a huge safety issue in the pool. There was a large group of kids in there with no supervision other than their parents sitting on the side drinking alcohol. These kids were banging on equipment, screaming, pushing down slides and making it unsafe for other swimmers. My husband brought this to the attention of the front desk staff whose response was ‘they are paying customer, nothing I can do’. Well we are paying customers as well and I felt our kids safety or our stay was not important. Will not be recommending this place to anyone as I felt our concerns were not acknowledged whatsoever.
