Worst sleep ever.

The hotel is very loud. For about 3.5 hours I had a kid above me running around. When I got fed up and called the front desk they made it seem impossible that any noise was being made. They stuck me beside the elevator which you clearly hear going up and down all night.

I tried calling the front desk about 15 times. I finally called the actual hotel phone number to get through. I asked for two extra blankets and they would only give me one There were hairs in my bed when I pulled the sheets down. It is disgusting here and I don’t want to even spend one night here.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff provided a welcoming atmosphere. We found our stay enjoyable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was well-maintained and clean. Overall, we felt that the value for the price was reasonable, and the location was conveniently situated near various restaurants and the Chinook Mall. One downside was that it was difficult to find an outlet in the parking area to plug our car in.

Wonderful staff

Great front desk staff. We were there for a swim meet and they said good luck to the kids everyday. Comfortable beds nice rooms.

Location was great for where i needed to go in the city. Facing MacLeod Trail was very noisy. Nice continental breakfast. Bed was hard as a rock, my only complaint.
