Room cleaning offered if requested for long stays.

I stayed for 3 nights and on the 3 night I returned from a long day I discovered that my room had not been cleaned, I had used my towels for. I called down to the front desk questioning why nobody had cleaned my room after 3 days and she told me that I had to ask for it to be cleaned when you stay longer than one night. I was never told that on check in. She told me she could give me fresh towels if I came to the front desk and when I did so she gave me 3 small pool towels.

Very nice hotel, quiet and convenient!

The room was comfortable with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and the staff was great. I liked the USB & extra electrical plugs on the nightstand. The breakfast was a mix of hot (waffles, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage) and continental fare (yogurt, boiled eggs, breads, cereal, fruit). We had a car, but the hotel is across the street from a major transit stop. My minor complaint is the standard shower head - would have preferred a shower wand.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was generally not in great shape. Peeling paint in the bathroom, towels that were threadbare and stained in places, and just generally looked worn and in need of a good clean. I won’t stay here again.

OK stay

Our stay was pleasant enough. My only major complaint was our experience at checkin. We were staying due to a family member having surgery and I was not sure whether we would need the last night of our stay. I always book through hotels.com and this time was no exception. At checkin, I alerted the staff that we may need to check out a day early - changing the duration of my stay (longer or shorter) has never been a problem. This time I was told that there was no way that they could allow that since we booked through Hotels.com. I was paying for all booked nights, regardless of when we left. Fortunately, we needed all of our nights but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Also, the hotel appeared to have only a single entrance. It must have had more than 1 to meet fire code, but the others sure were well hidden.
