Excellent budget hotel!

Great budget priced hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities including pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good but staff struggled somewhat with getting food out quickly as perhaps it was busier than they anticipated. Did not detract from our experience and the food was quite good. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Excellent value for the money.

cold rooms! when its -25 outside,

Bigggest problem was the Heating, it was 17c in the room and took forever to warm up. Advised the manager that when we operated our hotel we made sure the rooms were warm for our confirmed guests BEFORE they arrived. Otherwise would stay again when its warmer

I take a long weekend away from grandchild & dog 3-4x year. I have stayed before but daughter was hospitalized with critical staff infection/sepsis. I requested cancelation 4 days in advance as I was ONLY ONE to look after 5 yr old granddaughter. Expedia said decision was hotels...hotel said decision was Expedias. Daughter is still in critical condition but was informed no cancelation. To make it worse, I received multiple texts about "welcome...reminder checkout...rate your stay" They are obviously auto generated as they didn't even know I wasn't there. DO NOT EVER EVER prepay a hotel stay...learned a crucial lesson at the worst time with money tight. NOT even an offer for future stay. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL & EXPEDIA!!!

The stay was comfortable and quiet. Out TV in our room did not work. We were unable to utilize the breakfast that was included. We were downstairs at 730 am and the very small area was already full. It’s a very nice, quiet hotel that’s located 10 minutes from the airport. It’s convenient and decently priced.
