Family fun

Great hotel for a family. The water slide was especially fun. Good choices at the breakfast buffet. Access to cereal and cutlery after hours. The coffee was always on. Lots of parking. Great location next to Tim Hortons and McDonalds and a grocery store.

That is accessible, and walking distance to some stores. Great location. Nice pool for families, and good complimentary breakfast. The only thing I dont like is few of the rooms door are hard to open and close, you have to pushed really hard. But other that it was a nice hotel to stayed.

It was a bit noisy. You can hear the footsteps from the hallways even the door closing from the other rooms. Breakfast food would have been better - looks like your kitchen (dining) would have been a bigger space. However, staff are friendly and nice.

Location was convenient with easy access to main routes. The breakfast was good and the attendant was very helpful. The pool was good for our child to get out some energy before bed but the hot tub is in need of a good cleaning. For the most part the room was adequate for our needs. The furniture is well worn but functional. Hallway noise from the hallway carries well into the room. We were never able to get hot water in the bathroom sink or shower. Overall met our needs but likely wouldn’t stay at again.

Good location, reasonable price, crowed space (only one elevator for all floors), uncomfortable mattress, noisy (sound insulation is not good).

We did not get the original room we had booked. We were there for 3 nights and no cleaning of the room after they said they come clean every 2nd day. At check out I had mentioned this and she proceeds to tell me I needed to request it. I confirmed with my sister who was also there for 3 nights and she did not put in a request(her room was tidied/restocked). Room was visibly dirty, floors and walls. There was an earth worm trying to get into the hot tub while were sitting in it. Bedding also dirty. I do not recommend.

First stop on a family

Room was a bit dated but hotel was clean overall. Given the price comparing to others no complaints. We only stayed to wind down with the kids and free breakfast option is always a plus when you don't have to worry about food first thing in the morning.
