Let’s start with the positive, this hotel had everything in the room you would need which is great traveling with a child, there was free breakfast which was not very great the first day but the second day was way better!.We stayed here because our little one likes to have a pool when we stay in hotels. The pool was dirty….I don’t even know the substances in the bottom of it, and we have cut up feet from how ridgid the bottom was. The ac fan kept us up all night sounding like it was going to blow up half the time and the best part was the mold in the window sill. It also clearly has no insulation in the walls because you can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. I never write negative reviews but this was a disappointment.

I love how accommodating the staff was very, very nice staff however, the breakfast was very disappointing. Everything was heated up in a microwave. It was less than impressive for the money you paid.

We stayed as a family and had a really great experience. The place was super clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The service was great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus—lots of tasty options that worked well for both the kids and adults. It was a comfy, relaxed stay and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again. Totally recommend it for families!

I booked for two nights and early check in with extra $40 first night passed because came from Toronto so tired very fast, no fried or hard eggs only special scrambled eggs with milk not really liked it! Second day after long drive and late coming from Banff saw nobody cleaned up our room, called for room service, receptionist said we are cleaning every other day!! When I asked her nobody told us about it and tomorrow we’ll be leaving so how this is working for me after long day coming to get my shower no clean towels, nobody collected our garbages most important no clean bed sheets paper towels, it’s really frustrating for me and my wife to get such inconvenience service!!!! Please reflect this message to management team at least notify people like me, won’t be surprised when they would be only stay this hotel for two nights!!!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was better than I expected, having hot food available (waffles, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, egg bites, etc) while also having a wide verity of yogurts, granola bars, juices, muffins and cookies on top of all the other available items. It was so wonderful for my kiddos and I. I do wish that my room was cleaned while we were out but that is alright! I still have nothing bad to say about my stay!
