Our bed was a old springy matress. Pillows were just as bad. Asked for a additional pillow. Took 45 mins for a tiny deflated pillow. Construction noise starts at 7am on the roof. Everything else was nice. Room was huge.

Doug on fourth floor was 10/10 entertaining my toddler. Anything we needed was such fast surface. We loooooooved the waterpark. Can’t wait to come back for Calgary adventures!

Room itself wasn’t clean or stocked how it should have been. Pool wasn’t usable for a full day of our stay which was a huge reason we booked it. Staffing services were very rude. We had another Family members stay in another DELUXE ROOM booked through the property and they didn’t give him any of the “passes” included.

Access to the property is very easy. Check in went super fast and smooth. Lot's of luggage carts were available. There are two elevators to get you to your floor. The double (family) room was spacious and the mini kitchen was well equipped to warm up leftovers. Our other booked room was a king bed. Spacious, clean and everything was well maintained. The only thing we were surprised at was there wasn't a microwave. Luckily we had another room booked two doors over from us and we used their microwave. The beds and bedding was comfortable. We dined in the Mohave Grill. The four adults each ordered something different. All were prepared and presented deliciously. Three leftover containers were needed as the food was generous. One child meal was ordered and the kitchen prepared it as ordered. The alfredo pasta dish had to be slightly modified and they didn't hesitate to accommodate. We would stay at this hotel again.

We had such a wonderful time this weekend. We were so impressed with our room — it was clean, modern, spacious and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. All of the people at the hotel, restaurant and casino were super friendly and efficient. This hotel is truly a gem. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed 1 night at this property. While the property is older, it was obvious that it is well cared for and maintained. The property, room, pool, public washrooms were very clean. The room was very quiet, beds were comfortable. My kids had a great time on their waterslide and in the pool area. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The family restaurant had good food at a reasonable price, and portions were large. The restaurant has a robot delivery bot that my kid thought was very cool. Good location and easy to get. One minor piece of feedback I have, the bathroom door in our room was very tight, where we had trouble opening and closing it all the, i belive adjusting the door would remendy that issue.

Had beef dip upgraded to Philly cheese. The price reasonable. The food was extremely tasty. The dipping sauce probably best I have ever had. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. They had a robot serving some. When we talked to waitress, and we were fascinated, she said she would send it around to pick up our dishes when we were done. Enjoyed our evening meal. Seemed to be a number of families, bu was still quiet.
