I travel quite often and what I found to be the most positive part of my stay was engaging with the staff from the front desk to the sales and catering manager who popped by when we were in the lounge just to say hi she was genuinely interested in how she could make our stay better We are very happy really enjoyed our stay and the perks that came with our VIP status.

We weren't that impressed with this property. The rooms are very dated, cheap furniture, linens etc. Had to ask each day for more coffee, water, towels. The pool was Ok, the food was OK, definitely nothing special.

This was probably the most fun i have had at a hotel. It was party city all weekend. The vibe was fantastic. Streetheart was amazing. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here. The only down falls were, the beds could definitely use an upgrade For an over $200 a night room you would expect a great bed. As well it would be nice to upgrade the coffee makers. Especially in the kitchenette suites. They left a lot to be desired and with no complimentary coffee in the lobby you should be able to make a decent cup of coffee in the morning. The staff was top notch!!!! The pool was a lot of fun. The cleaning staff was spot on.
