I found the owners fairly responsive and pleasant enough. The rental is a different story. The bare minimum attention has been put into this listing. From the room divider in the hallway hiding a make-shift storage room piled ceiling-height with junk, to the couple of utensils and spatula floating around in an otherwise empty drawer, this unit appears to be set up for a transient worker and not for someone on vacation looking for a comfortable place to stay in the city. From a cleanliness perspective, the Odor of what I can only describe as cat urine and rug shampoo was overwhelming upon first entry. The owners suggested they did not have a cat and offered another shampoo (which I declined)and to open a window. The dryer was full of lint and we did not wish to use it on our clothes. Outside on the balcony was an array of cigarette butts. My elderly mother was very displeased with her stay - had it not been a necessity due to insurance repairs in her condo - she would have left immediately and requested a refund for the exorbitant nightly cost of this condo.
