Upon our arrival we were greeted by Sandra who welcpmed us, informed us of/all activities and including the exterior construction we already had prior warning about. Didnt impact our stay at all. The kitchen was immaculate and the staff there each morning was friendly, kind and was helpful. Our checkout was quick as usual and our King Suite was exactly as advertised as we often reserve the same types of rooms when travelling. Parking made easy for outdoor and underground should you wish to avoid the outdoor elements. The cleaning staff too remained friendly, caring snd courteous. Thank and see you again soon.

After booking we were informed that the exterior of the hotel was undergoing renos and that the pool was also closed. We were not prepared for exactly to what extent the exterior of the hotel was undergoing renovations. This property is a worksite, and I am sure that the construction workers must be having a terrible time trying to work, keep themselves safe, the hotel staff safe,and the patrons safe taboot. We were told the renovations have been going on for a long time now. I think this hotel should close to allow the renovations to be completed in a timely manner that is safe for all on the worksite. On a positive note the employees were very personable and very accomodating and the inside of the hotel was clean. I wish the hotel and its employees well. To the employees Thank you for everything. To the hotel owners...I understand that once the outside renovation is complete you will start on the inside. Good luck.

Property is awesome. it's just that it is under renovation. but other than that, I think it is value at its price. However, we were charge extra $30 for my infant, which I also declared in booking though the attendant said that it is not technically possible for a 5person to be in one room. I just dont get it because I declared that I have an infant. but then, it's okay. I just dont like the feeling of unexpected extra charges. aside from it, everything is perfect.
