The hotel was nice, the pool and breakfast hours were toddler friendly (6am!) , there’s a playground within sight, and a nice big shower. I would have liked if the in-hotel restaurant would have told me kids eat free (any meal) before ordering and would have liked if the hotel staff would have asked to take our luggage upstairs instead of just providing the giant cart thing, which is very hard to maneuver into the elevator while corralling a toddler.. Overall I am very happy with this hotel and would stay here again.

This was the worst experience in my life to stay. I found cockroach in my room. The staff was not cleaning the rooms daily and also refillingnessacery thing needed For your daily in bathrooms. I keep complaining to front desk to switch room but nothing was done about it.

The room it being an accessible room was very dirty not only the bathroom but I had to request for sheets to make the bed as well and some areas of the walls in the room had stains. Could have mentioned this upon checking out but the guest agent was on the phone and I was in a hurry.
