Not my best stay

The hotel was fine service was good. The only issue I had was the smell in our room. It was very strong and was likely a cleaning product. It smelled like a bottle of cheap men’s cologne was spilled. After abad nights sleep due to the smell I spoke to the desk clerk. She was lovey and said she would have some check it out. We were gone for the day and it seemed slightly better. Hotel never contacted us about it. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Close, clean, quiet (except for leaky toilet) - got into Calgary late in the day, so driving to Canmore and paying high mountain prices for the night didn't make sense. Breakfast (of some sort) should be included for everyone staying and paying.

It was fantastic!!

It was fantastic! I noticed cob webs in the upper corner of the room but it’s still cleaner than my home will ever be. I will definitely book here the next time I stay!

It was a very nice hotel! The staff was very kind. The only complaint was the stains on the sheets and pillows and the hair left in the shower and on the linens.

We were on the top floor and it was perfectly quiet no noise from other people staying. The staff were always wonderful, holding the elevator doors for us and very friendly. It was a quick check in/out.

I had a nice stay, and the room met all my needs (small fridge, coffee machine, clean bathroom and shower), but I found the hotel lobby and pool to be a bit run down. The pool deck was also flooded with dirty water that wouldn't drain. One of the main elevators in the lobby was out of service for the full stay, so there was one working elevator for guests. In terms of the location, there is not much in the area to do or see (especially walking), but it's a 20 minute drive to the airport, which is convenient for early flights out. Staff were kind and accommodating.
