My stay at Hotel11 was underwhelming overall. Things started poorly with a rude and uncooperative receptionist at check-in, which left a bad first impression. The room was fine in terms of layout and design, but the shower was a major issue. The temperature control nozzle was too loose, making it impossible to get a steady, comfortable water temperature. The shower also echoed loudly once the door was closed, which was unpleasant. The restaurant had its ups and downs. Dinner was great — tasty food and excellent service. However, breakfast was a letdown. The server seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, which made for a rushed and uncomfortable meal. I appreciated the 24/7 access to the pool, which allowed me to swim often. While it was frequently busy, I could usually return later. The pool area was a bit rundown and had a noticeable echo, but still a nice feature. The lounge was cozy, and the drinks were well-made. Location-wise, it’s close to the airport but not walkable to much beyond a Tim Hortons. Parking gets full but seems to accommodate everyone. The outdoor brisby tiles were loose and need fixing. The elevators were also weirdly hot. Though it was not a real concern, just something to note. Checkout staff were kind and helpful, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the poor check-in experience or shower issues. With better staff training and maintenance, this could be a great hotel — but it’s not there yet.

Very clean, spotless. They have shuttle service that runs on the hour but you need to sign up in advance for first come first serve. They limit one round trip per stay. We would stay again for its cleanliness.

All airport hotels should be like this!

This is exactly what an airport hotel should be: well priced, communicative, easy to arrange transfer (flight was delayed - we landed 2.30am - no problem, the free transfer was still there within 5 mins), clean, AMAZINGLY comfy beds. Just what you need.
