Check-in experience was rough. The front desk lady was very impatient with me even though I was the only one at the desk - she should be used to exhausted travellers. My credit card wouldn’t work because it had been locked due to fraud suspicion which I said. Zero empathy just annoyance. Didn’t explain anything to me like wifi or where elevator was (sighed when I asked) and didn’t give me my voucher. I had to go back down and ask how to claim it. I was polite the entire time - just got more frazzled with her annoyance. Worst experience I’ve had in a very long time Room was lovely

Check in was ok, the staff member who checked us in was very kind however he denied us our drink vouchers that we are to get, our room request was fulfilled and room was great, one of the reasons that I use Hotels. Com is for the perks but when they are not being honored it makes me more willing to search around using other websites.
