Lovely toiletries, though our room had nowhere to hang towel coming out of shower. Room had all facilities required for our overnight stay, however my personal preference is a brighter room! Breakfast good, staff very pleasant. Close proximity to many good restaurants and shops

The construction around the area is very noisy but this hotel has done everything they can to help deter the noise level. Great room, spacious and very comfy bed.

No valet parking as there is construction all around the hotel. They also do not validate parking for their parkade. We paid $36 to park for a less than 24 hour stay. Charcut was ok but nothing to write home about. Next time we will book somewhere that has free parking for the price we paid

Room was extremely small with limited space for luggage and clothes. bathroom doors slide, but do not close the toilet completely. Nespresso in room was a welcome sight. Room in general was dark without enough lighting. Blinds on the window with dark brown, and difficult to use. As the hotel is in the downtown area, the view from the room is the neighboring high-rise. Filtered water container on every floor is a welcome idea.
