Breakfast was very tasteless, no glasses in the room, hair dryer didn’t work, no tea in the room (only coffee) and front desk person needs tips in customer service (Russell). Upper drain in the bathroom sink was all rusted out . Terrible after paying $175. We have been staying there at this time of year for the past 3 yrs and won’t be back.

The front end staff when I arrived was not very friendly. The walls between rooms are unfortunately not insulated against noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast provided is sufficient. The room was very clean, the location was very convenient, the price is fine.

Air conditioner was falling apart. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor, the toilet & bathtub had hair on it. Excellent location, babe was comfortable. The breakfast was average.

I booked online with a visa/debit and they gave me a hard time at the check-in about my card. I’ve used my visa/debit card with other hotels and never had a hassle. Found the lady at the front desk rude and not easy to deal with. They didn’t have the channels to watch the hockey playoffs. My shower drain was half plugged so my shower wasn’t the best.

The breakfast was excellent the service/staff were nice, the only complaint was the light fixtures in the room had burn marks from the lights and the shower head was very old. (good pressure though)

The hotel amenities were fine, the hotel doubled their room rate due to a soccer tournament, I get it, but there was a mix up from getting two queen beds to 1 bed, with 2 young children and my wife they couldn’t find us the room we should have had despite the empty promises of moving us, $1200 later. Not happy
