I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a heated mirror in case you steam it up. Convenient laundry. The family is very sweet and considerate, but mostly keep to themselves so you have your space!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, great location to wind down after a day out. Although tucked away from the busier parts of the city, getting downtown was a quick 15 minute Uber, with public transit also accessible nearby. The host responds to communications quickly and was very helpful during my stay. The accommodations were very clean, the bathroom is large with a full standing shower. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room itself was spacious. New laundry machines were easily accessible and although I didn't use it, I had access to the kitchen as well. I found it was a fantastic value at a much better price than traditional hotels. I hope this location will be available for my next trip to Calgary!
