Rosetree Suites no.1 has a curated, MCM vintage 1970's vibe and can accommodate 6 people within 2 bedrooms & a studio bedroom.
When you stay at Rosetree, you will be just 10 min away from Kensington, the Bow River, Prince's Island, the U of C, Confederation Park, AU Arts, Bridgeland, Foothills hospital & Downtown Calgary.
The space
No. 1 Rosetree Suites is a vintage but updated, mid-century modern 1000 square foot main floor suite that is a part of a 4plex. It has its own private entrance on the south (right) side of the building.
The suite has 2 bedrooms + a 3rd studio bedroom, a kitchen with a separate dining room, a living room a 4 piece bathroom, and in-suite laundry.
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with a large closet, dresser and large window.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with large closet, dresser and large window.
Studio Bedroom 3: It is a studio bedroom with a a twin day bed that also converts into a king size bed. This studio bedroom can be closed off visually with drapes from the living room.
Laundry: this is a vertically stacked, full-size washer and dryer.
Living room: we have a 50 inch TV, and a sitting area.
Kitchen: the kitchen has ample counter space, and some new appliances.
Bathroom: Newly renovated, It has a bathtub/shower combo, and a toilet and sink.
There is ample free parking on the street along the green space in front of the home and lots of green space with mature trees.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire unit of No. 1 Rosetree Suites, but do not disturb any other neighbours.

No. 1 Rosetree Suites is located in the friendly neighbourhood of Rosemont. It is perfectly suited for guests seeking a peaceful basecamp to enjoy our beautiful city and surrounding areas.

Ample street parking along the green space across the street from the home.

Outdoor Activities Nearby:
-Rosemont is a walker's or runner's paradise, with its close proximity to Confederation Park.
-In the winter, some of the best cross-country ski trails are free and located at Confederation Park golf course, and of course, in the summer, spring and fall golfing is available.
- Nose Hill, Canada's largest urban park, is a 5 minute drive away
-The Bow River is a 10 minute drive away and features hundreds of km of paved pathways, one of North America's best fly fishing rivers, some amazing leisure rafting and paddleboarding during the summer, and also forest hikes of the Douglas Fir Trail.
