Good day. I would like to raise a concern regarding our recent stay at Super 8. We chose to stay here because the location is close to our testing area, and we expected a quiet environment where we could focus on reviewing and preparing. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. First, our keycard did not work properly. Because of this, I had to call my wife from inside the room to open the door for me. I believe this may have caused some disturbance, and we also heard loud knocking on doors from neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive. In addition, the rooms beside us were very loud, even late at night. It seemed that some guests were not mindful of the noise, which interrupted our sleep and made it difficult for us to rest and study. With this, I would like to respectfully suggest the following improvements: • Improve the soundproofing of the rooms to minimize noise from neighboring guests. • Replace or regularly check keycards, as ours may have been overused and no longer functioning properly. • Strengthen and strictly enforce quiet hours so that all guests can rest and focus comfortably. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider our feedback.
