We like this hotel and have stayed a few times. The breakfast is usually good but this time we came down at 8:30 and there was no coffee made, eggs were cold, no sausage. They ended up bringing sausage out but was undercooked. Surprised us after previous visits.

No Customer Service

Had second thoughts when we were checking in a lady was vigorously complaining about the dirty bed in her room, front desk person threatened to call the police on her and would not refund her money. Our fears were confirmed when we had no hot water this morning for a shower and the front desk didn't seem to care or even want to try to fix this. If we couldn't use the shower there should have been some sort of compensation and NOTHING. Was offered. Very very disappointing

Overall a very comfortable, clean and convenient place. The breakfast was decent. The room had no USB outlets for phone charging, which I thought was a fairly standard amenity, however I was able to charge my phone using a USB outlet on the TV.
