This spacious 149 m² three-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families or friends looking to relax and unwind. The two-story layout provides ample space for everyone to enjoy quality time together while ensuring personal comfort.

On the ground floor, the inviting living room features a plush sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, a stove, oven, microwave, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. A shared bathroom provides all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

All bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights for all guests.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking sea views from the cozy seating area, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The outdoor terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, complete with a table and chairs where you can savor meals or simply relax in the fresh air.

For added peace of mind, the house is always professionally cleaned before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.

Nestled in the picturesque southwestern part of the island, this area offers a perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure.

Nature lovers can explore scenic trails like Levada do Risco and Levada das 25 Fontes, both featuring lush landscapes and stunning waterfalls. Nearby, Garganta Funda Waterfall provides a dramatic and breathtaking sight. For beach enthusiasts, Praia da Calheta offers soft golden sands and calm waters, perfect for a day of sun and sea.

Madeira Airport is a 51-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
