The Villa Sundowner invites you to spend a wonderful time in Madeira. The villa is located 400m above sea level with a view of the Atlantic ocean in the contemplative village of Prazeres, a district of the municipality of Calheta.

Prazeres is located south of the island and offers the best weather on Madeira. The next swimming opportunities are inJardim do Marand Praia de Calhetawhich are about 10 mins by car.

Madeira´s capital,Funchal, is about45 mins and theAirport in Santa Cruzis less than60 mins away by car.

The Villa Sundowner provides a spacious 140 sqm and offers everything your heart desires.

The 3 tastefully equipped bedrooms give sleeping space for up to 6 guests. You have a sea view from almost any room.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m) with a direct sea view and access to the terrace. A private bathroom en suite with a shower is directly connected to the room.

The other bedrooms are equipped with aqueen size bed each (1,60 x 2,00m and 1,50 x 2,00m respectively) and give a view towardsCalheta.

Besides thebathroom en suite, the villa has anotherbathroom with a shower as well as an extra room with a washing machine.

The villa has an open kitchen which is integrated into the eating and living area. The kitchen provides lots of storage areas and is equipped with high-quality brand electric devices and kitchen utensils.

A big refrigerator, including a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an induction stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine with a timer, a water boiler, and a toaster - you won´t miss a thing.

In the living room, a seat on the sofa gives you the best place in front of tthe smart tv and to look at the sea.

Prazeres has highly comfortable temperatures and very little rainfall almost throughout the entire year.

The perfect climate invites guests to stay outside. Therefore, the villa´s outside area is an oasis and offers multiple options.

The terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. A gas grill, 8 sun loungers are also available.

You can get refreshments in the saltwaterpool (heatable per request at an extra cost of 250€ per week). Since it does not include chlorine, it is highly skin-tolerable and perfectly suited for allergy sufferers.

You can simply relax andrecover in the jacuzzi, the best way to end an exhausting day, e.g. after a hike.

On top of that, the outside shower gives you a fast refreshment.

There is an extra room, detached from the villa, which gives storage for outside chairs´ and sun loungers´ cushions. It also provides enough space for sports equipment, such as surfboards, diving equipment, golf bags, bikes, ... and also hiking boots and jackets.

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and offers glass fiber internet access to 1-gigabit high-speed - free of charge - and gives space for 2 cars on the property.
