Recently renovated, Vila nos Prazeres is a charming holiday home offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The accommodation features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, all located on the first floor. A modern bathroom with a shower is situated in the hallway on this floor, while a second bathroom with a shower is available on the ground floor for added convenience.

The ground floor also includes a cosy living room, perfect for socialising with family and friends, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area for practical meal preparation and dining. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, a relaxing garden, and a dedicated barbecue area ideal for outdoor grilling.

Vila nos Prazeres provides private parking for two cars and accommodates up to six people. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

AREA
This property is located in the parish of Prazeres, in the municipality of Calheta. Take the opportunity to visit the Quinta Pedagógica dos Prazeres and the local market. There are also several restaurants and mini-markets in the area.
In the municipality of Calheta, about 10 minutes away from the property, you can visit the museum housed in the ‘Casa das Mudas’, the Engenho da Calheta or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the centre of the town. There you'll find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
This property is around 45 minutes by car from Funchal and 60 minutes from Madeira - Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
