The hotel room was spacious and bright and in a great location. The room was clean, however the beds were not the most comfortable and there were no hand towels. When we asked for a hand towel we were given a tub mat. The breakfast was ok but one morning we arrived at 9am (breakfast was to be till 9:30) and we were told there was no more fruit or juice. When we suggested substitutes for other items on the menu we were told it would be an extra charge. We had requested an early check in prior to arrival and were never told about the extra charge. It was also very difficult to communicate with the reception staff who spoke no English at all. This property was listed as a VIP access so it was quite disappointing when it did not meet expectations.

Incredible Que tengas que pagar impuestos y no vivas en Colombia , disque porque al ingresar a Colombia no me pusieron sello en el pasaporte , entonces los que entramos por biomig tenemos que pagar, me he quedado en otros hoteles y solo con mostrar el pasaporte extranjero y el colombiano no hay problema… los baños necesitan ser remodelados..

Property says free WiFi but no one shared the password at check in, after I went to get it myself there was no WiFi for almost 2 full days. If you’re going for work, it’s impossible to get any work done. Bathroom drain backed up making a pool out of the shower.

The property is A little unique with a little touch of pizzazz. The bedroom has a sitting room that's about as large as bedroom. The unit is very spacious. I did notice that although the tile floor appeared to be clean when I wore my socks around the place, it was filled with debris and strange hair. A shower drain was a little slow. It got filled up the first time but I did plunging using my hand and foot and it drained better . Outside of that, no complaints

The customer service at the hotel is great and accommodating. The hotel is located in a safe area with very walkable coffee shops and restaurants within the same street. I didn't like how there was no gym at the hotel or even a lobby bar. The hotel is very small therefore the lobby area is tiny. I didn't eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel so I can't speak on that aspect. The room was decent sized. It didnt have an iron or ironing board/steamer so you have to call and ask. Also the shower looked a bit outdated and so did the room. The photos are definitely nicer looking than the actual room. Overall, not bad, decent for the price but I don't think i would return.

the attention was very poor, they charged me hotel tax that was already covered by expidia, on the second visit I made to the hotel of $ 12,000, where the first person who attended us on the first visit, did not charge us !! With Expedia I have never paid this tax since everything is included in the reservation and the person never gave me the proof of payment of the tax, but rather took the money and placed it in the petty cash, and will do so with all clients, I was reserved on July 5 and the first person who attended me on June 14, never charged us this amount, I am reporting this since I do not want it to happen to another person and pay attention to this person who attends at reception. Thank you !!
