A great home, writers retreat, haven.

Amenities: Privacy, nice garden area with bistro table outside your front door. Ample bathroom. Easy parking.
$2800 monthly (includes utilities - electriciy, Comcast, internet, garbage, water). Renters have enjoyed it very much.
