We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa in a private and quiet suburb of Calonge, close to the town centre and our office. The accommodation is rented as a unit, so you can enjoy it entirely, with its garden and the swimming pool just for you. The pool has weekly maintenance.

The house is very comfortable and cozy. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and offers free Wi-Fi. If you have Netfliz, Amazon.. accounts you can use them.

It is distributed in two levels:

On the main floor, downstairs, you will enjoy the living-dining room with direct access to a pleasant terrace, swimming pool and large garden. In addition to an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, where you access the house, you will find three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and one of them with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a terrace. In addition, a full bathroom, and access to the garage, where the laundry area is located.

The outside is spacious, you will find a pleasant covered terrace and garden furniture. They are at your disposal, and we hope you will have great times and evenings there. You will find a barbecue to accompany you in your meals. If you go down the wooden stairs in the garden, you will see a pétanque area where you can play your games and have fun.The pool, of approx. 5x10m, has integrated stairs.

What can you do in the area? The location of the villa allows you to explore the surroundings and be able to visit such famous cities, as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you prefer to stay in the area, there are many towns and villages that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water parks, good restaurants and shopping centres in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...). We invite you to visit the municipal tourist office for more information. In addition, you have all the amenities and town services just 5 minutes away.
