Apartment located on the seafront of the Levante beach in Calpe with beautiful views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach. It has a closed area with a solarium garden, two swimming pools for adults and one for children.

Très bonne situation, propriétaires aux petits soins, mais des points à améliorer

Appartement situé au 2eme étage, très belle vue sur piscines et mer. Par rapport à la description : - appartement fumeur, forte odeur de tabac à notre arrivée, difficile pour des non fumeurs comme nous, odeur tenace plusieurs jours durant. - le parking est en option (payante), il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif, mais pas de souci pour se garer dans la rue en janvier. A propos des éléments et ustensiles de cuisine : voir à faire un tri et les renouveler (poêles usées , assiettes fendues ...). A propos du chauffage : le radiateur bain d'huile sur roulettes dans la pièce n'est pas adapté. Immeuble peu insonorisé : voisin du 3éme au dessus bruyant, travaux au 7éme étage (burin/marteau pour faire sauter le carrelage et le plafond). J'ai mis une note globale positive car les propriétaires sont attentionnés et mes constats peuvent être rapidement pris en compte.

We hebben genoten met onze twee honden

De ligging voor ons was perfect. Ruim balkon met schitterend zeezicht. Appartement was schoon en fris en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Werden ook goed en enthousiast ontvangen. De boulevard en de terrasjes waren gezellig en allemaal vriendelijke mensen. Ook de honden waren overal welkom. We komen hier zeker eens terug.

Très bonne vacances !

Très belle appartement conforme à l’annonce ! Piscine et mer à proximité, parfait ! Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon ! Et la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Heureusement qu’il y a là clim ... je recommande cette appartement, et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !
