This attractive villa is spread over two levels.
The GROUND FLOOR features a bright living room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and direct access to the dining area and pool. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob. This floor also includes two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.
The UPPER FLOOR offers a covered terrace with pleasant views. This level includes a living-dining room, a separate kitchen with gas hob, two bedrooms with twin beds, and one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also an additional full bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR:
Outside, the villa features a lovely terrace with a private 8x4 m swimming pool, Roman steps and an outdoor shower. A built-in barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The plot is fully enclosed and provides parking space for up to three vehicles.
LOCATION:
The villa is ideally located for guests wishing to spend their holidays without using a car. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 550 m away. The sandy beach is 1.2 km away and Calpe town centre is 2.4 km away.
