MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, FOR MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE.



LAY OUT: This magnificent villa is divided into two floors connected by an internal staircase in the entrance hall. On the ground floor, which is the main level of the villa, you can find the spacious separated kitchen with its small living room with sofas and a dining table, the bright and comfortable living room with access to the covered terrace, two bedrooms (one with double bed, another with two single beds) and a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. We will find the three others bedrooms on the upper floor (all with double beds), one of them with bathroom en suite with shower and massage bathtub. The bedroom with bathroom en suite has its own terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful views to the town of Calpe as well as to the Mediterranean Sea. It is important to mention that all the rooms of this wonderful property are spacious and all have air conditioning.



EXTERIOR: The villa is on a plot of 1,800m2 completely fenced to which there are two entrances, one by the urbanization Casa Nova and another by the urbanization Ortembach. Behind the villa there is a large space to park several vehicles. In front of the villa is the huge terrace (part of it covered) with the private pool. The pool of 15m X 7m is surrounded by loungers and next to it there is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The place is ideal to enjoy holidays with family or friends. The garden that surrounds the property is wide, you will find ancient olive trees, palm trees, and large areas of artificial grass.



LOCATION: This villa is located in the charming urbanization of Ortembach in Calpe, a quiet area in which it is worth noting that it is only 1.7 km from the sea and within a radius of 2 km has all services and delicious restaurants to enjoy.
