Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed in the main house and a separate study by external stairs.The air conditioners are located on the main floor, in the 3 bedrooms, one in the living room, another in the dining room and the last one in the room upstairs.(the apartment below doesn't have)MAIN FLOOR: This spacious villa is accessed by a staircase, (of 5 steps) has a beautiful living room with SAT / DTT TV, from there you can enjoy the large terrace with a magnificent barbecue and incredible views of the Peñon de Ifach and its beaches. Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker. Two bedrooms with bathroom en suite each (Shower), one bedroom has a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition to a separate bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR is accessed by internal stairs, we find an impressive bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub). From this bedroom you can enjoy the huge solarium chill-out area and 360º views of the sea, Peñon de Ifach and the Olta mountain.GROUND FLOOR: The studio is accessed by 3 exterior steps, it is located in front of the pool area. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a ceramic hob (it does not have a dishwasher on this floor, but a washing machine)OUTSIDE: Large plot with a 8X4 pool with Roman steps and outside shower. A barbecue and terrace to enjoy pleasant meals in the open air. The plot is completely closed.LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Ortenbach", given the tranquility of the area and its proximity to the beaches and all services. It is located only 350 m from the nearest supermarket, Lidl is 1.2 km and only 2 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with supplement.
