The tastefully furnished house with a living area of 160m2 offers two separate floors with a total capacity for 8 persons and a beautiful view of the garden, the pool terrace and from the upper floor a distant view of the village and the landmark of Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach.



The ground floor flat has a nice covered terrace, a dining room with equipped kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed which can be closed with a sliding door and thus be used as a bedroom, a large bedroom with office space and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a glazed terrace with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen.



Both flats are fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, televisions with satellite connection in the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French, radio, DVD player, Internet connection (WLAN),

fitted kitchens with ceramic hob on the upper floor and gas cooker on the lower floor, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer.



The property is fully fenced and offers a private garden, garden furniture, a large terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor barbecue with dining area with parasol, an outdoor bar, a private heated swimming pool, outdoor hot/cold shower, covered parking (2 places), petanque and table tennis.



The accommodation is located 1 km from the Byblos Centre with several restaurants and the "Grizzly's Bar", 2 km from the supermarket "Mercadona", 2 km from the natural park "Las Salinas de Calpe", 2 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa", 4 km from the town centre "Casco antiguo Calpe", 8 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 16 km from the town of Altea, 26 km from the Aqualandia water park, 26 km from the Fuentes del Algar, 29 km from the town of Benidorm, 33 km from the Terra Mitica amusement park, 33 km from the town of Denia, 81 km from Alicante airport and 134 km from Valencia airport.



The villa is ideal for families and friends who want to spend their holidays together. The villa can also be booked for a maximum of four guests only. In this case, one of the floors remains closed so that the outdoor area can be used completely privately.



Smoking is allowed.

The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

The use of the heat pump in the swimming pool is subject to a supplement of 10€/day.

A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
