Beautiful beachfront property with panoramic sea views. This magnificent house sits perched looking out to the vast Sound. With your very own waterfront, the house itself is just a few steps down to a private lovely sandy beach! The perfect place for a special retreat with multiple levels of decking for relaxation and entertaining all while taking in the spectacular views. This stunning home is spacious, airy and you will feel transported to another world, whilst only being about an hour and a half from Manhattan! With a minimalist architectural approach focused on the environment, the house has amazing light and floor to celing windows overlooking the water— you will be able to enjoy spectacular views from sunrise to sunset. The sunsets are incredible. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, two modern and fresh bathrooms with showers (one is ensuite to the master bedroom), a dining room, living room with fireplace, family room with windows floor to ceiling overlooking the Sound, a foosball table and the perfect outdoor setups to relax or swim while stargazing!
