The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across the lower ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a large and welcoming living room equipped with a flat-screen television, as well as a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and WC. The main level also includes a spacious and luminous open-plan living and dining area that leads directly to the garden, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodations are arranged across 3 distinct rooms. The first is a double bedroom with direct access to a private balcony. The second room contains 1 bunk bed and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width. The third room is fitted with 1 single bed. A shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor.
