On this level, there are two showers/bidet/WC and gas heating, which is available only from November 1st to April 15th. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has a living room with air conditioning and access to a balcony. It also features one double bedroom with air conditioning, one double bedroom with a single bed and air conditioning, and another room with two beds. This upper level has a bath/bidet/WC and a shower/bidet/WC, along with gas heating available during the specified period.
