The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

O hotel é rústico, nada moderno, instalações antigas e as decorações horripilante, parece que estava em um cenário de filme de terror. Nosso quarto ficou no último andar, teto de madeira, janelas não tem blackout, quando amanhece fica muito claro, móveis antigos, de vez enquando surge um barulho estranho que não identificamos, falação nos corredores vai para dentro do quarto, lençóis manchados, porém limpos. Cama grande boa, TV Smart grande. Banheiro foi reformado é grande, mas existem alguns problemas, escoamento da água dentro do box acumula, ventilação de janelas ou exaustor também não funciona e um pouco de mal cheiro. Café da manhã ok, frutas poderia ter outra variedade e serem mais bem apresentadas. Funcionários educados e cordiais. Estacionamento sem cobertura e próximo a recepção.

As fotos enganam um pouco a estrutura do hotel, ele é bem simples. No meu quarto, havia um barulho acima do forro, mas nada insuportável. O café é bom. A cama é grande e confortável, mas o quarto fica bem frio de madrugada, o aquecimento existe, mas estava desligado.

O hotel é agradável, tem um bosque lindo, funcionários muito simpáticos, o quarto é confortável com uma cama boa e chuveiro bons. O café da manhã muito bom. Algo que nos incomodou foi o barulho devido a localização do quarto que estávamos que ficava próximo à recepção e também por causa de um barulho de máquina que começava 8 hs e não podíamos dormir até mais tarde se quiséssemos.

O hotel é bom, área ambiental muito bem preservada, mas o sistema de aquecimento não funcionou em nossa estadia, alegaram ser por conta que não estava frio, mas achamos que era por estarem com baixa ocupação e não quiseram ligar o aquecedor central, o frio a noite foi de 10 graus sem aquecedor no quarto é para morrer de frio. Lamentável.
