Razoável. Pelo valor da diária a expectativa da estadia era maior. A conservação do quarto não estava igual na das fotos. O hotel além do quarto com café da manhã não oferece nada a mais para ser chamado de Resort. O quarto tem pouca iluminação, mais escuro, as roupas de banho ainda umidas, quarto e banheiro com mofo/bolor nas madeiras, janelas e teto. Durante a noite latidos de cachorros (possivelmente do terreno vizinho) que ficavam bem na frente da porta do nosso quarto. Acesso muito ruim, com ruas de terra, sem asfalto e com a chuva que teve estava com muito barro. Netflix não pegava na TV, segundo atendente devido internet e sinal da TV oscilava bastante, além de ter poucos canais diponiveis. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Excelente quarto, porém baixo custo/benefício

A estadia foi ótima, o quarto é muito aconchegante, tudo funciona muito bem. A cama é uma delícia, tem aquecedor na coberta e a hidro também estava toda funcionando. Toalhas e roupão de boa qualidade e cozinha completa. A minha única observação é que esperava mais do “resort” e por isso acho que não vale o preço que cobram. Por mais que o local seja bonito e muito bem cuidado, Não tem os quesitos para ser considerado resort, no dia não estava nem funcionando o restaurante, e era em um domingo com o hotel cheio. Se regularem o valor da estadia eu voltaria sim.

Muito bom!!

Nossa estadia foi excelente, atendimento muito bom, com funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O chalé é muito pratico e confortável para o padrão de proposto. Limpeza impecável! Camas e colchões ótimos! O café da manhã foi relativamente bom, pois estão atendendo com agendamento e ficamos sozinhos e protegidos. Mas será preciso ampliar o salão e o balcão onde ficam as comidas e bebidas (pois o hotel está crescendo e vão ter que ampliar os serviços coletivos. O pessoal da alimentação é nota 10, muito simpáticos e cativantes. Recomendo !!

Quarto muito confortável, mas um pouco pequeno. Café da manhã servido no quarto com boas opções. Amei a manta térmica, faz muita diferença no frio, mas um absurdo cobrarem lenha a parte de uma diária de 1500 reais.

Bom no geral, excelente atendimento

A pousada em geral é boa e com instalações muito agradáveis e caprichadas, mas o quarto fica muito frio em dias frios em Monte Verde, e isso pode se tornar um pouco desconfortável. Minha sugestão seria colocar um aquecimento no quarto, pois a lareira apenas não é suficiente para mantê-lo aquecido.
